Embassy Suites by Hilton
Embassy Suites is now fully booked for Thursday night, and has overfilled our room block for Wednesday night as well. As a result, Embassy Suites is no longer able to honor the contracted rate for Wednesday night. There may be limited Wednesday availability at the prevailing rate.
SELC does not have an overflow contract with another hotel, but there are a number of properties within a 2-mile radius of Embassy Suites.
All questions regarding tax exemption must be directed to the resort.
Lodging is available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at 4705 Clydesdale Pkwy, Loveland, CO 80538.
Attendees and Sponsors are responsible for their own lodging costs and will receive a group rate of $117 per night, if booked by April 8, 2024.
Hotel reservations made post April 8, 2024 may be unavailable or subject to the prevailing hotel rate at the hotel.
To receive tax exemption for lodging, all guests must be prepared to provide the hotel a copy of a current tax-exempt certificate. Payment for the guest room must be made by a check or credit card from the tax-exempt organization. The hotel will not accept personal credit cards or checks for tax exemption.
All questions regarding tax-exemption should be directed to the hotel, not SELC.
