Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Loveland Conference Center located at 4705 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538. The room rate for the conference is $110 a night for reservations made no later than April 20, 2026.
Rooms reserved after April 20th are subject to availability and will be charged at the current market rate.

To receive tax exemption for lodging, please work directly with the hotel.
All questions regarding tax-exemption should be directed to the hotel, as SELC will be unable to assist.
Parking
Parking is managed by PMC (a partner of the hotel). Upon arrival, you will see signage with QR codes placed throughout the parking lot. These QR codes allow you to easily register your vehicle information. Parking is complimentary for the conference attendees, but you must use a code during parking registration.
The code for complimentary parking will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the event. The code will also be available at the SELC registration desk.
