Welcome to State Employees Leading Colorado
SELC exists within the State of Colorado to improve operations for various roles within Colorado State Government by developing educational opportunities and partnerships for leadership among Colorado State Employees.
Planning has begun for SELC's 2025 Spring Conference, scheduled for May 8th and 9th at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, Colorado. In May 2017, the Colorado Fiscal Managers Association (CFMA) and the Colorado State Managers Association (CSMA) merged to form State Employees Leading Colorado (SELC).
